Ingredients of Chia Pudding

  1. You need 1/4 cup of Chia seeds.
  2. It’s 1 1/2 cup of Almond milk (or any other substitute).
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of Agave syrup or honey.
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of Cinnamon.

Chia Pudding step by step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cup or pudding bowl.
  2. Soak for 4 hours in fridge before eating. (Or overnight).
  3. Top with goji berries and shredded coconut.
