Easy Egg Pudding instructions

  3. When in a roaring boil, reduce heat and add sugar, cardamom and cinnamon.
  4. Boil for another 10 minutes on Low heat and take off heat.
  5. Discard the cardamom, cinnamon stick.
  6. Whisk the eggs well.
  7. While Lukewarm, add the milk powder and eggs.
  8. Whisk well until well combined.
  9. Transfer the milk into the pot having caramalised sugar.
  10. Transfer into a pressure cooker/steamer and steam by adding adequate water for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Keep in the steamer for 10 minutes before taking it out.
  12. Let cool. invert and demould the pudding on a plate (optional).
  13. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving(optional) or serve at room temperature.
