- Place sliced bananas on top.
- Sprinkle digestive crumbs generously on top.
- Cover with cling wrap and close tightly with lid. Freeze for 6-7 hours.
- Take the ice-cream out, thaw for 3-4 minutes, scoop out the ice-cream in serving bowls.
- Serve cold.
