  1. It’s 24 oz. of Chocolate Chips.
  2. You need 5 of Egg Yolks.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1/2 of Heavy Cream.
  5. You need 1/2 of Milk.

Chocolate Pot De Creme instructions

  1. Place Chocolate chips in seperate heat proof bowl.
  2. Whisk egg yolks to smooth texture in mixing bowl.
  3. Combine sugar, milk, & heavy cream in small pot. Continously stir on high till boil.
  4. Combine milk/cream mixture to egg yolks by whisking in bowl then, add back to pot..
  5. Whisk custard on medium low heat (do not break the eggs) for aprox. 4 minutes..
  6. Add custard to chocolate chips, whisk together..
  7. In a blender, blend pot de creme mixture until smooth.
  8. Pour in ramekins and serve..
