However I did add some chia seeds to the "Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding" recipe also on this site while cooking and it actually turned out very good! The chia seeds were completely soft and turned out like tapioca the pudding was thick and the taste wasn't compromised. I mean delicious chocolate mousse with healthy fats, complex carbs, fiber and protein. This chocolate chia pudding is creamy, rich and full of chocolate flavor.

  1. Mix the chia seed pudding ingredients together and pour into a bowl. Cover with clingfim and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours..
