Ingredients of MANGO Panna Cotta

  1. Prepare of For mango layer.
  2. It’s 3 of Mangoes.
  3. Prepare 3 tsp of Gelatine.
  4. It’s 1/4 cup of Hot water.
  5. Prepare of For vanilla layer.
  6. It’s 300 ml of Heavy cream.
  7. It’s of Sugar 5 to 6 tsp or according to your taste.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  9. It’s 3 tsp of Gelatine.
  10. It’s 1/4 cup of Hot water.
  11. It’s of For Garnishing.
  12. It’s of Diced mangoes.

MANGO Panna Cotta instructions

  1. Method: cut mango in small dices make it's puree..
  2. Add gelatine in hot water to dissolve it and then add this gelatine mixture to mango puree.mix it well..
  3. Spread layer of mango and gelatine & use any available dish to set these glasses in an angle..
  4. Make sure they don't slip back. refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set….
  5. Pour it on mango layer…refrigerate again…this time for at least 4 hours or untill set..
  6. Decorate it with diced mangoes and enjoy refreshing summer dessert.. ❣❣.
  7. Then for second layer, dissolve gelatine in hot water and add heavy cream vanilla extract and sugar in it…mix it well.
