Easiest Way to Make Tasty Mango panna-cotta

Ingredients of Mango panna-cotta

  1. Prepare 1 of whole mango.
  2. You need 1 tsp of Gelatine.
  3. Prepare of Sugar(according to taste).
  4. You need of Water.
  5. Prepare of For the whipping cream.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Whipping cream powder.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of Milk powdered.
  8. It’s 2 tbsp of Icing sugar.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of cold water.

Everything from fresh berries to rum can be used to infuse panna cotta with flavor. Spoon mango mixture over the firm panna cotta. Mango Puree Sauce: Mix the remaining mango puree with the remaining fresh mango cubes. When ready to serve, unmold the panna cotta and top with more mango sauce.

  1. Mix 1 tsp gelatine to a hot water,mix until it disolve..
  2. Cut out the mango flesh add water to it and blend to make a puree,add gelatine mixture and sugar then blend again,pour in to glass cups and freeze for 3hrs..
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water to the whipping cream powder and mix using mixer,add the icing sugar and milk,mix again for about 5mints.
  4. Let it be foamy….
  5. Bring out your mango puree, pipe out the whipped cream in top and freeze again for 20mints..
  6. Dice mango on top,Its time consuming bt its worth waiting… Really it tastes hmmm….

Notes: Mango panna cotta wouldn't be complete without the mango sauce so here is how it's made: Process mango, lemon juice and sugar in a food processor until smooth. Add this to a sauce pan and heat it up. I recommend giving it a taste at this stage. If you prefer more sugar, stir it in.
