  15. Prepare ¼ cup of Water +2 tbsp.
  16. It’s ½ tsp of Gelatin.

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over the cold water and allow it to rest for 5minutes.
  2. In a pan heat sugar and peach puree till sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat, add gelatin mixture and stir until gelatin is dissolved completely.
  4. Cool for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour this mixture in to the glasses to be served.
  6. Refrigerate till set.
  7. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it rest for few minutes.
  8. Heat jam with water in a pan till it melts.
  9. Remove from heat and add the gelatin mixture and whisk it nicely  till gelatin dissolves.
  10. Cool it little.
  11. Then pour over the peach layer.
  12. Refrigerate till set.
  13. Sprinkle gelatin in cold water,let it rest for few minutes.
  14. Heat sugar, cream and vanilla till mixture get one boil.
  15. Do not heat the mixture too much.
  16. Remove from the heat, add white chocolate and gelatin mixture.
  17. Stir till both get dissolved well.
  18. Let it cool for few minutes.
  19. Pour over the jam layer.
  20. Refrigerate till set.
