Ingredients of Portuguese Rice Pudding

  1. Prepare 1 L of 3% (Homogenized) milk.
  2. You need 1 L of Water.
  3. It’s 1/4 lb of Butter (unsalted preferably).
  4. It’s 2 tsp of Salt.
  5. You need of Sliced zest of small lemon (count pieces of zest to ensure that all are removed later).
  6. Prepare 1 1/4 cup of Arborio or Carolina Rice, soaked in water.
  7. You need 1 cup of + 3 TBS white sugar.
  8. You need 6 of Egg Yolks.
  9. You need of Cinnamon (for garnish).
