- Prepare 1 packet of jelly crystals.
- It’s 1/2 cup of homemade condensed milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of fresh cream.
- You need 1 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1 litre of full cream milk.
- You need 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- Prepare 500 ml of water.
- You need 1 of round cut banana pieces.
- You need as needed of pomegranate.
Fruit Jelly Pudding step by step
- For Condensed milk,Take a pan boil milk in it with 1 cup of sugar.when it is almost half left,add 1/2 tsp of baking soda & cook on slow flame till it becomes thick..
- Take a bowl,add jelly crystals in it & mix well..
- Now add 500 ml boil water in it & mix well.Refrigerate for 20 minutes..
- When it is half done,add condensed milk first..
- Now add fresh cream in it..
- Mix well..
- Put the mixture in the mould &add bananas to it..
- Again refrigerate for an hour till the jelly is set..
- Take it out on a seving plate & garnish with banana & pomegranate.
- Serve chilled..
