- On the other hand, Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup milk, 3 tbsp custard powder and mix it well…
- When milk is boiled, gradually add custard mixture and mix well.. And cook on medium flame.. Cook until medium thick.. U hve to stir continuously.. Gradually add bread and mix well… Once u add all the bread, cook another 30-40 secs only….
- Pour straight into the pudding container, tap it and level it with spoon and cover it with foil paper and steam it in a vessel on medium heat for 25 mins and cover it…
- After 25 mins, keep it outside at room temperature for about 1 hr and refrigerate for 2-3 hrs….
