Wheat rava kheer step by step

  1. First take a pan add 1 tsp ghee.
  2. Add wheat red rava and roast it for few minutes.
  3. Keep it a side.
  4. Then add 1 tsp ghee again and add all dry fruits and fry them.
  5. Keep them a side.
  6. Take a vok pour milk and boil.
  7. Once it's boiling add wheat red rava and stir mixing it well.
  8. Close with lid for 5 minutes.
  9. Later open it and switch off the flame and add jaggery and mix everything well.
  10. Now switch on and let it set for few minutes.
  11. Then add 1 tsp ghee.
  12. And add elachi pwd and mix well.
  13. Close with lid for 5 to 10 minutes till all comes close.
  14. Then add dryfruits mix well and opn lid and mix for 2 to 3 minutes.
  15. Witch off flame and reday to serve.
