Kheer step by step

  1. Make soft चुरा of lady over chapati in mixer.
  2. Heat ghee add chapati chura,saute for 1 minute on slow flame.
  3. Boil oil with sugar and Cardamom nutneg powder..
  4. Add this milk in sauted chapati chura.
  5. Mix well and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Add roasted poppy seeds,almond chops, serve hot..
