Ingredients
iceberg lettuce, chopped
tomato, chopped
jalapeño pepper, sliced thinly (with seeds)
onion, chopped (optional)
Italian salad dressing from a bottle or mix

Directions
Combine the vegetables, dress and toss.
Serve on injera, with collard greens and stew.
